Insurance is offered for free for a period of 6 months on any accounts we are original owners of. If you need help recovering an account we are the original owners of and your within 6 months of purchase please email [email protected] – we may help you regardless out of goodwill if your outside of 6 months, at the discretion of management.
Liability
You agree to hold harmless MMOPurchase.com and it’s affiliated companies and brands for any account bans, mutes, punishments, lost of wealth or items, name losses, loss of account value due to data on the account being changed(Such as stats or quests or other account variables).
You agree that if any issues arise with purchase of an account to contact MMOpurchase for resolution and provide us only the upmost truth in relation to the situation and that the information provided by you can and will be used against you in a court. You agree to give MMOpurchase (21) days from the first date of notification to respond and resolve any issues mutually between the (parties) before filing a chargeback or dispute.
You acknowledge that some accounts on MMOpurchase are sold by 3rd parties and MMOpurchase is listing them on behalf of these 3rd parties which may carry additional risks compared to made in home accounts.
You acknowledge you will not leave MMOpurchase bad reputation or verbiage in relation to a problem with MMOpurchase unless it is unable to resolve your complaint within (30) days.
